Google Pixel 11

The new Google Pixel 11 smartphone models were announced on 12 August 2026. The range includes the Pixel 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro XL, available since 20 August 2026.

The Google Pixel 11 features the new Google Tensor G6 alongside a security coprocessor, the Titan M3. One distinctive feature of this series is that the same processor also powers the Pixel 11 Pro and Pixel 11 Pro XL, narrowing the substantial gap between the models.

For storage, the smartphone starts at 256 GB with 12 GB of RAM and goes up to 512 GB with 12 GB of RAM.

There is also a 4,985 mAh battery with support for fast wired charging and Pixel Snap wireless charging.

Design and display

The smartphone has a 6.3-inch Actua OLED display with a resolution of 1080 × 2424 pixels, a refresh rate between 60 and 120 Hz and peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.

The design follows the recent Pixel models we have come to expect from Google. The camera system spans the rear horizontally from edge to edge. Unlike previous models, however, the Pixel 11’s raised camera bar has become noticeably slimmer. This applies only to the base model, as the Pro models’ camera bar still protrudes considerably.

The smartphone has a glossy-glass back, an aluminium frame and a satin finish. This model has an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

Overall, it is lightweight and ergonomic. Four colours are available: wisteria purple, pistachio green, hibiscus pink and obsidian black.

Camera system

The rear camera system has three sensors: a main 48 MP Quad PD wide-angle camera, a 13 MP ultra-wide camera and a 10.8 MP 5× Dual PD telephoto camera with optical stabilisation.

On the front is a 10.5 MP Dual PD camera.

Google Pixel 11 Pro and Pro XL

The Pro and Pro XL were unveiled alongside the base model. The Pro models use the same chip as the base model, the Google Tensor G6, together with the coprocessor Titan M3.

One major difference between the Pro and base models is memory. Both Pro models come in three versions, with 256 GB, 512 GB or 1 TB of internal storage and 12 GB or 16 GB of RAM.

The display is a Super Actua with LTPO refresh, offering a higher resolution, peak brightness of up to 3,600 nits and a scratch-resistant coating.

As for the camera system, both Pro models have three rear cameras: a 50 MP Octa PD wide-angle camera, a 48 MP ultra-wide camera with autofocus and macro mode, and a 48 MP telephoto camera with up to 120× zoom. The front camera is a 42 MP Dual DP unit.

The batteries differ. The Pro has a 4,850 mAh battery, curiously smaller even than the base model’s, while the Pro XL has a 5,115 mAh battery.

The Pro models are also available in matte pink, olive green, mist grey and matte obsidian black.
